EUREKA PROJECT

The objective of Jalón Moncayo is to improve the quality of the extra virgin olive oil traditionally produced in the area of Aragon, and to offer, with the constant of quality, a differentiated olive oil, capable of meeting the increasingly demanding needs of our clients.

This R&D&i (Research, Development and Innovation) project was set in motion taking quality as our main concern and with the support of the Spanish governmental organization CDTI (Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial).
